2. Refund Policy

Digital Content & Customization

Due to the personalized nature of our coffee readings, all reports are considered "custom digital content." Once a barista has performed the reading and the report has been generated/delivered to your account, no refunds will be issued.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the service until the cycle ends, and no further charges will be applied.

Technical Errors

If a digital report fails to deliver due to a technical glitch on our end, we will either re-issue the report or provide a pro-rated refund at our discretion.
